We are seeking an exceptional engineer to join our team as we embark on this exciting journey. As one of the founding members, you will play a critical role in shaping our core platform, making foundational decisions on architecture and stack, and setting the bar for technical excellence. As we scale, you will lead and grow a high-performing team, guiding them to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI, machine learning, and automation in security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, and develop our AI-driven penetration testing platform
  • Collaborate with the founder to define the stack, roadmap, and long-term engineering strategy
  • Benchmark and integrate the latest advancements in AI and security testing
  • Lead and mentor a talented engineering team as the company scales
  • Elevate secure coding, testing, and delivery practices within the organization
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably as a full-stack engineer or frontend specialist
  • A strong background in building scalable, secure systems
  • Familiarity with AI Agents and integrating AI into products
  • Mastery of modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
