To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical, Control Systems, or Mechatronics Engineering">
  • Extensive experience in automation engineering, including process control systems, SCADA design, and PLC programming">
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including AS 61508 and ISO 13849">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team">
  • Certification as a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) would be highly regarded">
