Job Title: Risk Manager Specialist
Role OverviewThis challenging opportunity allows you to showcase your expertise as a risk manager in delivering high-quality insurance solutions. You will work closely with clients to identify their specific needs and develop tailored risk management strategies.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure clients have the right insurance arrangements in place, actively supported to reduce risk exposure, and minimize the impact of claims. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end insurable risk advisory services from needs analysis to solution implementation and monitoring.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive risk assessments and provide recommendations for optimal insurance coverage.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure responsive engagement and proactive risk management support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategic insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and implement effective risk management plans, continuously seeking opportunities to improve service efficiency and consistency.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, insurance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of working in team-based environments.
- Ability to contribute to the development and delivery of new insurance products and services.
- Experience in risk assessment, underwriting, or insurance product development.
