Expert Digital Records Transfer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Records Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital expert to develop technical solutions, work with diverse clients, and contribute to advancing our digital records transfer and preservation programs.
- Transferring permanent digital records from Victorian public sector agencies;
- Researching, developing, and maintaining software solutions compliant with the Victorian Electronic Records Strategy (VERS);
- Monitoring our digital archive infrastructure, software, and processes; and
- Collaborating closely with other teams to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients.
- Digital expertise to develop technical solutions with peers and clients;
- An interest in archival and digital preservation practices;
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects concurrently;
- Resilience to navigate difficulties or obstacles;
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
