Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the OSHC team to ensure compliance with government regulations and organisational requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote the PCYC brand and values.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our service and enhance the experience of our children.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our children and staff.
Requirements
  • Qualified Service Managers require a minimum Diploma in childhood studies or other recognised qualifications.
  • Unqualified Service Managers require a minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or other recognised qualifications, and working towards a Diploma in childhood studies or other recognised qualifications.
  • Ability to take on responsibility of Nominated supervisor.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary OSHC team.
  • Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain).
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain).
