About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Home & Investment Lending Associate to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to identify and deliver solutions to meet customer needs
  • Coach customers through each step of the lending journey, ensuring a seamless experience with ANZ
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Identify and recommend appropriate products and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ensure lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time

  • Strong customer focus and experience in home lending and retail banking
  • Financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
