As a Senior Home Lending Specialist at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized lending solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Home Lending products and responsible lending legislation.
  • Proactively identify and anticipate customers' financial needs, providing holistic solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Establish and maintain rewarding relationships with customers, built on trust, confidence, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with the Mobile Lending Team to deliver seamless banking experiences to customers, leveraging industry-leading technology.
  • Ensure applications are compliant and checks are complete, upholding the highest standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lending, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing rewarding relationships.
  • Established networks within the community, with a strong presence in the local area.
  • Ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs, providing tailored advice.
  • Strong understanding of our products, processes, and policies, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
