Operations Management Leader
About the Role:The Operations Management Leader will oversee a small team and report to the Executive Manager. This role is responsible for leading organisational systems improvement and business process development, overseeing IT initiatives, contract management, and compliance frameworks, managing HR functions including recruitment, performance, and staff development, supporting finance management, risk management, and reporting to Directors, and building strong relationships across member organisations and with external stakeholders.

- Support finance management, risk management, and reporting to Directors
- Bulletin of solidifying relationships across member organisations and with external stakeholders
