Through our agile structure, we enable our employees to drive their own work with a lot of autonomy, and very importantly - have fun along the way The role As one of our Project Manager's, you will be responsible for managing capital works projects such as new store openings, strategic initiatives program and store refurbishments.
What you'll be doing: Manage project life-cycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure) end to end with deliverables such as Financial Management, Risk Management, WHS Management, Procurement and Contract Management, Schedule Management.
Implement project management methodologies while embracing 7-Eleven agile ways of working.
Show and adept ability to own tasks and complete projects to a high standard independently with support and guidance from the Store Development team.
Coordinate onsite construction works and ensure regulatory compliance and WHS adhered to.
Conduct site audits, defect inspections and record progress and quality of works What's in your toolkit: Similar experience in high-paced role within the construction and development industry.
Retail and/or fuel industry exposure would be highly desirable.
Embrace agile ways of working and ability to adapt to an evolving environment.
Excellent project management skills with strong understanding of customer's need and an eye for detail.
Experience working on a program of multiple projects.
Knowledge across construction methodologies, NCC and WHS with the ability to identify issues Able to articulate safety compliance requirements to relevant stakeholders At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.
