We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and contingency planning.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
