About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and sales reporting.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage Sales Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching to improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and develop sales strategies, and experience with sales operations and customer relationship management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
