Lead the productisation of cutting-edge solutions and drive real innovation across departments.

As a Productisation Lead, you will turn services into impactful products, transforming ideas into tangible, market-leading offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring clarity to complex solutions and drive product evolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product journey and build a full product catalogue from the ground up.
  • Drive execution by liaising across presales, professional services, and networks teams to bundle offerings into managed services.
  • Navigate the challenges of integrating multiple acquisitions and pull together teams from diverse histories to create streamlined, market-ready solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and ensure they understand and can articulate the value of new products.
Requirements
  • Doer, not a strategist: This role demands action and execution, bringing products from ideation to delivery.
  • Autonomous problem-solver: Work independently, leading efforts across teams without needing to be spoon-fed.
  • Strong-willed and resilient: Re-engineer systems and build products that meet evolving business needs.
  • Tech savvy: Ideally from a tech, network, or cybersecurity background, understand the nuances of these industries and can speak the language.
  • Analytical and persuasive: Bring clarity to complex products and help sell the meaning and purpose of new offerings to the sales team and wider business.
