About the Role:

Brennan is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our Field Services team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing onsite IT support to one of our key Managed Services clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide up to L3 support for service delivery teams and resolve technical issues
  • Oversee projects/implementations for the client
  • Ensure service quality through technical competence and attention to detail
  • Maintain effective communications with your clients
  • Work with Senior Consultants and Account Management staff to ensure effective management of the client base
  • Identify opportunities to productise new services and offerings
  • Utilize your technical specialist skills to help build new products
  • Develop new strategies to increase efficiency in the systems
  • Perform system analysis and recommend improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years IT experience
  • A Blue Card (Queensland Working with Children's Check) or the ability to obtain one
  • Advanced experience in Wintel environments including Windows Server and Desktop
  • Ability to administer an active directory environment
  • A good level of understanding of virtualised/Cloud environments such as VMWare/Hyper-V and Microsoft Azure
  • Break Fix Analysis and root cause analysis
  • Ability to travel to client site daily
  • People Leadership Skills
  • Proven ability to work within and across teams
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Vendors
  • Ability to act as a point of escalation for complex issues and major escalations
