Learning Support Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Teacher to join our team at The BUSY School. As a key member of our education program, you will work closely with students, teachers, and external support services to provide a supportive and safe learning environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be required to assist class teachers in implementing personalised learning practices, identifying and monitoring students with learning difficulties, and re-engaging students through building strong respectful relationships. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support class teachers in implementing tailored learning approaches
  • Detect and monitor students facing learning challenges via standardised assessments and consultations with staff, families, and external support networks
  • Foster student engagement through developing meaningful relationships and employing effective behaviour management techniques
