Job Title: Dynamics CRM ConsultantAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions using the Dynamics CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement CRM solutions on the Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
  • Provide guidance on CRM architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Lead technical aspects of CRM implementations and coordinate team efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect or similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Dynamics CRM platform, including Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Field Service.
  • Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex CRM solutions.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
