Our organisation is constantly growing, with multiple homes and thousands of residents and employees across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. We offer a wide range of services, including home care, retirement villages and independent living communities.

The Position

As a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and competent clinical nursing care to residents while adhering to the standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Compile comprehensive histories from residents and/or family members to identify care needs through resident admissions and ongoing assessments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery.
  • Complete ACFI assessments and documentation as required for the shift, contributing to maximization of income.
  • Assist in implementing, contributing to and evaluating resident care plans as directed by your supervisor.
  • Administer medications to residents, ensuring correct ordering, storage and documentation procedures are followed according to organisational policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary in the range of $68,000 - $80,000 exclusive of super.
