About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for approximately 20 hours per week who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our Dulux Trade Centre in a retail environment. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and a passion for people, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
  • Cash handling and electronic payment processing
  • Accurately mix and tint paint products

Requirements

You're confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and clients. You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our products in a retail environment at times.

Retail trade sales experience would be preferred, however we are willing to provide on-the-job training on our products, application and hardware. Most importantly, you'll:

  • Possess an interest in our products
  • Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Have demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
