The Role & Responsibilities:

As a Glue Store Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Service
  • Providing exceptional customer service and making our customers our top priority.
  • Being approachable and attentive to customer needs, taking a fun and creative approach to selling.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring they look and feel their best.
  • Assisting customers with queries, processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers.
  • Escalating any customer complaints to management and working collaboratively with the team to resolve issues.
Team Work
  • Being part of a team that values respect, accountability, and open communication.
  • Empowering your colleagues to achieve their goals and celebrating team successes.
  • Working under the guidance and support of your Store Manager to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
