Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Lawyer/Associate

We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join our team in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop under the mentorship of an industry leader.

This is a diverse role, providing variety and opportunities for growth and development as a Real Estate Lawyer.

  • Manage property acquisitions and disposals, including drafting and negotiating contracts and conducting due diligence.
  • Handle acquisitions and disposals of property companies and trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Provide legal advice on property construction and development matters, including zoning laws, permits, and land use issues.
  • Oversee property finance transactions, including mortgage agreements and refinancing.
  • Negotiate and draft Project Delivery and Development Management Agreements.
  • Undertake transaction structuring to optimise outcomes for clients.
  • Perform titling and subdivision analysis.
  • Deal with varying forms of property syndication and joint ventures.
