Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Real Estate Development Specialist.

About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels.
  2. Manage diary appointments and maintain accurate records.
  3. Prepare high-quality listing kits that showcase properties in the best light.
  4. Liaise with vendors and buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
  5. Manage databases and ensure accurate information is recorded.
  6. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  7. Perform other office duties as required.
