
Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a critical role in driving learning and development across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and track standardized training programs that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders.
- Analyze data to inform learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Lead a team of training coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Oversee the forklift verification program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and development of employees.
- Prior experience working with and delivering training and information to employees.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
