Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Principal Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle ERP Cloud transformations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, leading teams, and driving business outcomes. This is a highly visible role with exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, requiring a combination of technical, business, and people skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business cases for Oracle cloud ERP transformations, including financial and non-financial benefits and required investments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage assessments, develop cloud migration strategies, and create multi-year journey maps covering business process transformation and organization change management.
- Manage client relationships, advise clients on solving problems and issues, and support the design of cloud operating models.
- Evaluate different products for business functions and lead client discussions to define issues and opportunities.
- Lead/participate in the development and delivery of service offerings, including finance transformation blueprints and designs.
- Provide insights on emerging perspectives and points of view on package-enabled transformations and emerging products and practices.
- Capture work products, insights gained, and intellectual property created and upload into the firm's knowledge management system.
- Stay informed on trends in business practices and emerging products/technologies and actively work to update/upgrade expertise or knowledge.
- Develop client proposals and sales support materials, including client presentations and thought leadership pieces.
- Contribute points of view through blogging, white papers, and other thought leadership activities.
- Lead work streams to aid the development of new business opportunities and conduct market/client research and industry analysis.
- Bachelor's degree with an MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, four years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of education.
- At least 15+ years of experience implementing and managing package-enabled business transformations involving Oracle applications.
- Business transformation and Oracle implementation experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle at client locations using a global delivery model, with at least 1 with ERP Cloud.
- Well-defined management consulting experience, including project management and/or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP Cloud and other products.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and proficiency with industry-standard program management tools and practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing one of the following Oracle Service areas: Oracle Financials Cloud AR, AP, GL, Treasury, Projects.
- Ability to translate technology impact on business capabilities with a good conversational knowledge of core Oracle Cloud finance applications and functions.
- Industry domain knowledge in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Communications, and experience managing business processes across multiple functional areas.
