About the Role

As a Nightshift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of a time-sensitive environment.

  • Manage warehouse operations and stock inventory.
  • Coordinate loading, unloading, handling & consolidation of perishable goods.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and paperwork.
  • Lead staff hands-on and by example.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Warehouse floor management and inventory control.
  • Loading, unloading and freight handling.
  • Paperwork and reporting completion.
  • Staff supervision and leadership.
  • Ensuring workplace safety.

Key Qualifications include:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a Warehouse environment.
  • Inventory management skills.
  • A valid Forklift licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and resilience.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Computer literacy.
About You

To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate previous experience in a similar supervisory position, preferably in a Warehouse setting. This includes inventory management skills, a current Forklift licence and superior interpersonal skills.
