About the role We are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer who is ready to take the next step in their career as theCT LeadforTasmania.
This leadership role will have responsibility for the CT modality across Tasmania and will be a mixture of scanning alongside developing CT governance and ensuring training processes are standardised.This is a full-time role that will be based out of our Hobart clinics.
Part-time applicants will also be considered.Attractive relocation & retention bonuses are available for candidates who are based interstate.You will be responsible forThe clinical leadership of the CT Radiographer workforce across the stateCT scanning alongside other modalities as required/skilledLead the design, development and delivery oversight of CT training programs, maintaining a climate of continuous learning and improvement across the networkContributing to quality and safety initiativesContribute to driving operational excellenceOversee professional development and training of qualified RadiographersSupport recruitment and retentionDrive innovative and strategic initiativesExcellent customer service provisions coupled with good teamwork amongst clinical staff, whilst maintaining a professional and proactive relationship with attending Radiologists, referrers and support staffPromotion and delivery of a high standard of customer service and patient care, acting in accordance with company policies, procedures and valuesYou will haveSignificant CT modality experience across a variety of machines/platformsDeep knowledge of CT governance, resources and systemsDemonstrate good business and commercial acumenAbility to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendorsTrack record in developing and implementing training resourcesEffective communication and professionalismTeamwork and good peer relationshipsAHPRA RegistrationAbout UsAt Radiology Tasmania weare united by a shared vision: to be the diagnostic imaging specialists of choice, serving our communities with compassion, integrity, and precision.
