Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Medibank's Booragoon WA store.
As a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing tailored solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support to meet their expectations.
You will be a multitasking superstar with the ability to work across various channels, including virtual messaging, face-to-face, and phone-based systems. You will thrive on providing great service to the local community and be passionate about growing and keeping your customer base.
You will be self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations. You will possess strong diligence in providing the right products and services to your customers and be fastidious about interaction accuracy and customer privacy.
