Foreman Role - Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee the delivery of multiple residential projects concurrently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end residential homes, duplexes, and multi-dwelling projects.

This role requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. The successful applicant will be competent with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to building specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Report progress, risks, and timelines to the construction/project manager.
  • Lead by example and foster a strong team culture on site.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum 10 years' experience in residential construction, with at least several years in a foreman or site management role.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Competence with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
  • A strong understanding of WHS requirements and compliance.
  • Based in or willing to work throughout the Northern Illawarra region.
