  • Develop and promote effective workstream optimization across the organization to drive faster value delivery.
  • Maintain and adapt methodologies in alignment with Group and other divisions.
  • Implement best practice delivery models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster a high-performance culture to accelerate value creation through initiative delivery.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Standardizing workstream optimization across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with Group and other divisions through comprehensive documentation.
  • Adapting and integrating external methodologies into our practices as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Supporting the implementation of fit-for-purpose delivery models that promote best practice business execution, ensuring they are practical, sustainable, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to effectively implement standardized methodologies.
  • Regularly reviewing and refining methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, working across various centers of excellence.

About this role:

  • Proven experience in working cross-functionally within a complex business environment.
  • Proven experience in delivery and change management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of best practice business execution and delivery models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt methodologies to different contexts.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and domains.
  • Demonstrated experience in the general insurance industry with a strong understanding of all parts of the insurance value chain.
  • Knowledge and experience of agile principles (SAFe and Scrum)
