Leading Regulatory Compliance Across Workstreams

This 12-month max term opportunity is a chance to take the lead in delivering regulatory compliance across various workstreams. Your role will be to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to simplify complex regulations, and experience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory change. You should also have excellent communication and organisational skills, a risk mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory change.
- Ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Coordinate and lead delivery across all regulatory workstreams end-to-end.
- Develop briefings and facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverables.
- Track and report progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify process improvements and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with Controls, Risk, and Program teams.
We welcome applications from candidates with:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management, or related fields.
- Certifications in Agile, project delivery, or change management (but not required).
- Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
