**Ideal Candidate:**

Previous experience working as a pastoral carer in an aged care setting is preferred.

A background in counselling, social work, or church ministry would be highly valued.

**Essential Skills:**

Developed skills in empathy, sensitivity, and patience when interacting with residents.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
