The Employer Accounts Servicing Team is responsible for delivering high-quality services across all areas of the organisation nationally.
This role focuses on servicing national account employers, validating placements, managing wage subsidies, and tracking placements to outcomes.
Responsibilities- Contribute to daily tasks and overall risk mitigation for the broader organisation.
- Communicate non-compliance and practical steps to rectify identified issues through debrief sessions with managers and staff.
- Assist with help desk functions, ensuring timely matter resolution.
- Promote organisational services and maintain a professional image.
- Approve Wage Subsidy agreements and payments.
- Reliable, responsible, and highly professional.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to changing priorities and working under challenging time demands.
- Outcome-focused and goal-oriented.
- Excellent understanding of Employment Services Contractual requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Computer skills - Advanced Word, Excel, Internet & email.
