Job Opportunity

The Employer Accounts Servicing Team is responsible for delivering high-quality services across all areas of the organisation nationally.

This role focuses on servicing national account employers, validating placements, managing wage subsidies, and tracking placements to outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to daily tasks and overall risk mitigation for the broader organisation.
  • Communicate non-compliance and practical steps to rectify identified issues through debrief sessions with managers and staff.
  • Assist with help desk functions, ensuring timely matter resolution.
  • Promote organisational services and maintain a professional image.
  • Approve Wage Subsidy agreements and payments.
