We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage and coordinate service packages during the design and construction phases.
- Trade qualification in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical discipline is required.
- 3–5 years' experience coordinating service works is essential, with high-rise construction project experience highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and budgets are necessary.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with subcontractors and internal teams are required.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on timely issue resolution are essential.
The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of services and collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all service coordination tasks.
- Scheduling and dispatching internal tradespeople and subcontractors according to project timelines.
- Monitoring and tracking service progress, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Maintaining accurate records of work orders, RFIs, compliance documents.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, design teams, subcontractors.
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of coordinating service works in high-rise construction projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
