Project Director

AC3 is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead and drive high-impact projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will oversee complex and high-value projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Agile Management: Apply agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to project management, ensuring adaptive planning, evolutionary development, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment among project teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Consultancy Expertise: Utilize your consultancy experience to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Guide clients through change management processes and support them in achieving their business objectives.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage team performance to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external vendors as needed to support project goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
  • Monitor financial performance and report on variances.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects in an agile environment.
  • Experience in a consultancy role is highly desirable.
