Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our high-performing team of Project Managers in delivering high-end mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Prepare and organise pre-commencement of projects on site, including external and internal inductions, to ensure a smooth start to the project.
  • Prepare and issue detailed site dilapidation reports before commencement on site to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Set, prepare, and run weekly PCG meetings with clients to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Organise and manage the internal site team for works, project sites, and tasks to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Manage and track project budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings as required to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Construction Management or Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in mixed-use construction, with a proven track record of delivering high-end projects.
  • Experience with projects exceeding $70M.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep people on side and motivated.
  • Experience in running a team of PMs and the ability to teach and mentor the team.
