Experienced Labourers are sought to form a key part of our site crew, helping bring major civil works to life.

Job Overview

We're a forward-thinking team built on hard work, diversity, and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality results. As a skilled member of our site team, you'll report directly to the Site Supervisor and be responsible for ensuring sites remain productive, efficient, and safe.

Duties:
  • Manual labour and hands-on site work
  • Collaborating with Pipelayer crews
  • Providing support to plant and machinery teams
  • Adhering to strict safety protocols and supervisor instructions
  • Maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency across multiple sites
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in civil labouring (subdivision projects advantageous)
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • A valid White Card
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong focus on safety and ability to work under pressure
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing project requirements
