  • Connect network consoles under the direction of Network Engineers, facilitating efficient collaboration.
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems, resolving complex technical issues.
  • Install applications via SCCM and Intune platforms, streamlining software deployment.
  • Assign security groups to facilitate device and app deployment, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Rebuild computers according to HSO SCCM or Intune processes, maximizing efficiency.
  • Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using Ivanti ITSM tool, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Desktop Support or Field Support role (Level 2/3), demonstrating expertise in technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune, showcasing proficiency in system management.
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (cabling, patching, basic tracing), highlighting understanding of network architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Ivanti preferred), emphasizing ability to work with technology.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently, demonstrating self-motivation.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with team members.
