Business Development and Relationship Management Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join our team as a Business Development and Relationship Manager, working closely with key clients in the financial services industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales of locally domiciled investment products across various client groups. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales campaigns.

You will also work closely with our marketing team to design and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with other departments to provide input on product development and enhancement.

As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from market research and analysis to customer engagement and relationship-building. Your ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems will be highly valued.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong business acumen, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record of success in business development and relationship management, ideally within the financial services industry.

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of portfolio construction and asset allocation, including SAA and TAA. You should also be able to analyze data and prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.

  • Degree qualified or equivalent with a financial or analytical discipline preferred.

  • Successful Sales track record (ideally with ETFs) and advanced client relationship management skills.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of portfolio construction and asset allocation including SAA and TAA.

  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external clients.
