Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Research Project Officer. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality research projects that drive positive change.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex policies and procedures. They will also have a strong understanding of the domestic and family violence sector, including relevant frameworks, service systems and sector priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of events, managing digital communications and contributing to impactful projects that support frontline services. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain productive relationships and ensure the effective implementation of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex policies, procedures and legislation in a higher education context.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work outputs.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, the domestic and family violence and sexual assault sector, including relevant frameworks, service systems and sector priorities.
