About This Opportunity

Shape the response to domestic and family violence through impactful research, training and resource development.

Contribute to projects that support frontline services and enhance service delivery outcomes across Queensland.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication and project coordination skills who can lead event planning, manage digital communications and contribute to high-impact initiatives.

The successful candidate will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, interpret complex policies and procedures and apply them in a higher education context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage stakeholders and promote the Centre's work.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the domestic and family violence sector, including relevant frameworks, service systems and sector priorities.

Requirements:

  • High degree of organisational skill with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Understanding of the domestic and family violence sector and its key issues.
