Dining Experience Coordinator

This role presents a unique chance to contribute to a supportive environment where the well-being of residents is prioritized.
The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring that residents receive nourishing and enjoyable meals tailored to their individual needs. They will work diligently to create a welcoming atmosphere during mealtimes, assisting with meal preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing meals: Assisting with chopping vegetables, assembling salads, portioning food, and preparing simple dishes under the supervision of the Cook or Head Chef.
- Serving meals: Helping to serve meals to residents during mealtimes, ensuring each resident receives the appropriate meal according to their dietary requirements.
- Dining room setup: Setting up the dining areas before mealtimes, ensuring tables are clean, and all necessary items like cutlery, plates, and glasses are in place.
- Dishwashing and cleaning: Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area.
