About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our logistics group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated logistics support strategies across acquisition and sustainment phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Support Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective logistics support strategies to ensure optimal through-life support outcomes.

  • Procurement Planning: Lead procurement and acquisition planning activities to ensure alignment with program deliverables and Defence requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with CASG stakeholders, OEMs, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with program deliverables and Defence requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct logistics risk assessments and supportability analysis to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Contract Delivery: Provide input into Statements of Work, tender evaluations, and contract deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, program management, and commercial teams to integrate logistics considerations into overall project planning.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Degree in Logistics or Related Discipline: A degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Certified in ILS or Logistics Supportability Disciplines: Certified in ILS or logistics supportability disciplines.
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD and ISO Standards: Familiarity with MIL-STD and ISO standards for logistics and sustainment.
  • Experience in Defence Logistics: Proven experience in ILS management within the Defence sector, ideally as part of an MSP.
  • Defence Security Clearance: NV1 Security Clearance (minimum) – essential.
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex logistics projects.
