The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Lead with 3-5 years of experience to manage logistics operations for projects in the Townsville to Mount Isa region.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing logistics performance, yard safety, and compliance with HVNL, Chain of Responsibility, and Management Plans.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality execution of jobs to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain and promote a safe working environment by implementing and monitoring safety programs and contributing to safe working procedures.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in major project delivery, including 2 years in a supervisory role, with expertise in Chain of Responsibility and Heavy Vehicle National Law.

  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership abilities are essential.
  • Experience with logistics and warehousing tools is beneficial but not necessary.
