Fleet and Facilities Management Officer

Key responsibilities of this role include overseeing day-to-day administration of the company's fleet, including maintenance, inspections, registrations, and insurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facility maintenance requests, inspections, and contractor visits.

  • Oversee the efficient operation of our organisation's vehicle, fleet and facilities
  • Coordinate facility maintenance requests, inspections, and contractor visits.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for fleet and facilities management.
  • Provide advice and troubleshooting support in relations to any ground equipment while in service or while undergoing overhaul and/or modification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Be able to build strong working relationships with all staff and clientele
  • Commitment to dnata Values and operating procedures
  • Hold well-developed communication in written, oral and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within fleet or facilities management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Ability to follow instructions as directed by management
