Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Associate team. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in setting appointments and driving qualified opportunities into the diaries of our Aussie and Lendi brokers across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect customers over the phone to discuss their lending needs and convert leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers.
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance their existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.
- Leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to encourage customers to engage with our online platform prior to their appointment.
We are looking for final year university students, new graduates, or candidates with a background in sales, retail, or customer service who are interested in pursuing a career in mortgage broking or the finance industry.
Full-time office attendance is required during the first three months to immerse you in the business. Following this, high performers will have access to hybrid working options.
