About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Team Leader to join our team at Repco. As a Trade Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing technical support and product advice to our trade customers, including local workshops and mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert technical parts support to our trade customers, including local workshops and mechanics.
  2. Support a team of Drivers and Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching and developing, and coordinating their daily schedules.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the success of the store.
  4. Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment.
Requirements:
  1. Mechanical and/or parts experience required.
  2. Passion for customer service, demonstrating helpful and confident interpersonal skills.
  3. Possess leadership experience or ready for that next step.
  4. Work well within teams and possess sound computer skills.
  5. Available to work alternating weekends or as agreed with the store manager, if required.
  6. Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time.
