The Shire of Esperance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the Health and Fitness team at the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the effective operation of the Health and Fitness area, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement schedules of fitness classes that cater to diverse customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Programs Supervisor to design and deliver special events and programs that enhance customer experience.
- Provide guidance and support to Health and Fitness Instructors to ensure they are adequately trained and equipped to deliver exceptional services.
- Tertiary qualifications in health and/or fitness, minimum Cert IV level.
- Proven experience in supervising staff and leading teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- A competitive salary of $72, pro-rata.
- 5 weeks annual leave per year (pro-rata).
- Minimum of 11.5% superannuation employer contribution.
- Superannuation co-contribution offered to a maximum of 5%.
