Executive Chef

Pizza Bar Strathmore is seeking a highly skilled Chef to lead their kitchen team.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment;
- Cook and prepare a variety of dishes, including vegetables, meats, and fish;
- Assist and support other team members in food preparation and service;
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards;
- Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques;
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed;
- Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels;
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes;
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to create menus and drive business growth;
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef;
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders;
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $73,000 - $85,000 and a dynamic work environment.
