About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our client's team at Pizza Bar Strathmore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and quality
  • Chef Management
    • Lead and manage a team of chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to maximize productivity
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
    • Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $73,000 - $85,000, and opportunities for career growth and development.
