Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to provide high-level technical and financial support in the implementation of asset management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and systems related to capital works and asset revaluations, supporting the delivery of our asset management objectives.
  • Perform end-of-year asset financial activities, ensuring timely reconciliation of transactions within our Asset Management System.
  • Access and analyse data across asset and finance systems to support reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with the completion and financial closure of capital works projects, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines.
About You

You hold an Advanced Diploma or higher in Accounting, Asset Management, or Program Management and bring relevant experience and a practical understanding of financial systems and processes.
