Supply Chain Clerk

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring warehouse operations are efficient and effective, including receiving, checking, documenting and storing incoming materials from customers, vendors and subsidiaries.

The Supply Chain Clerk will operate forklifts (Counter Balance) to assist in the movement of goods. This role requires the ability to meet physical job demands, including lifting of materials and containers.

Additionally, the Supply Chain Clerk will prepare products for shipment, including documentation. Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments and receipts is also a key responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Able to meet physical job demands, including lifting of materials and containers.

Forklift license LF - minimum 5 years experience.

Strong Occupational Health and Safety orientation and high attention to detail and quality focus.

Solid computer literacy and data entry skills, proficient with current Microsoft office.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong verbal and written communication ability.

Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and organize time effectively.

Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
