We are seeking a dedicated Ministry Assistant to support our team leaders in the Latrobe Valley. This role will involve working collaboratively with others and making a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong partnerships with local schools and churches
- Pastoral care and discipleship activities across the Latrobe Valley
- Contribute to programs and activities that meet community needs
- Engage with and assist in ministry and mission activities
- A commitment to the Christian faith and its values
- An ability to offer pastoral assistance and support to others
- Experience in a ministry position (desirable)
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Evidence of involvement in congregational life
- Maintain current knowledge of child protection policies and legislation
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development
